1. Kindly tell us your name, age, occupation where you're from and what telecom brand you represented?

ANSWER: Rita-Paige Peter john, 19yrs, A Medical Practitioner from Eniong Abatim, Odukpani Local Government Area, Cross River State. I represented Vivo Mobile.

2. Tell us something unique about yourself that isn't in your bio.

ANSWER: I have excellent time management skills, and a very good communicator and find it easy for me to relate with other people.

3. What inspired you to participate in the beauty pageant, and how has it impacted your life so far?

ANSWER: My passion for Fashion and modelling.

It has impacted my life so far as it has drastically boosted my confidence level and enhanced my skills like communication etc.

4. How do you define beauty, and how has this definition shaped your personal and professional life?

ANSWER: Beauty is subjective, beauty goes beyond physical appearance. It's about being kind, genuine, and confident. In my personal life, this definition has helped me value inner beauty and appreciate people for who they are. Professionally, it has shaped how I interact with others and prioritize qualities like empathy and inclusivity.

5. How do you envision using this platform to make a difference in your community or beyond?

ANSWER: I see myself as a positive presence in people's lives. I aim to bring joy, While I may not have a direct impact on the community, I hope that by spreading positivity and kindness, we can collectively make a difference in the world globally.

6. Can you share a personal experience that taught you resilience and determination?

ANSWER: One time, I faced a really tough challenge at school. It felt like everything was going wrong, and I was on the verge of giving up. But instead, I took a step back, gathered my courage, and decided to give it my all. I worked hard, stayed positive, and didn't let setbacks bring me down. Eventually, my determination paid off, and I overcame the challenge. It taught me that resilience and determination are key in pushing through difficult times. It's all about believing in yourself and never giving up!

7. In your opinion, what are the most important qualities that a titleholder should embody?

ANSWER: In my opinion, the most important qualities that a titleholder should embody are authenticity, humility, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.

8. What do you see as the most pressing social issue today, and how would you address it as a titleholder?

ANSWER: One of the most pressing social issues today is climate change. As a titleholder, I would use my platform to raise awareness about environmental conservation and sustainable practices. I would collaborate with organizations and advocate for eco-friendly initiatives. By promoting education, inspiring action, and encouraging individuals to make small changes in their daily lives.

9. How do you prioritize and maintain a positive self-image, and how would you encourage others to do the same?

ANSWER: Maintaining a positive self-image is essential, Personally, I prioritised self-care, surrounded myself with positive influences, and focused on my strengths rather than comparing myself to others. To encourage others, I would emphasize the importance of self-acceptance, embracing individuality, and practising self-love. Reminding them that everyone has unique qualities and that true beauty comes from within.

10. What specific projects or initiatives would you pursue to promote self-esteem and body positivity, especially among young people?

ANSWER: If I had the opportunity to promote self-esteem and body positivity among young people, I would start by collaborating with organizations that focus on these issues and empower young individuals to embrace their uniqueness and build self-confidence. I would also use social media platforms, like, Instagram and Snapchat, to share inspiring stories, positive messages, and helpful tips on self-care and self-acceptance.

11. How do you handle criticism, and what advice would you give to individuals facing negativity or judgement?

ANSWER: Handling criticism can be tough, When faced with negativity or judgement. if it's unfounded or hurtful, I remind myself that everyone has their own opinions, and it doesn't define my worth. My advice to others facing negativity is to stay true to themselves, surround themselves with supportive people, and focus on their own personal growth and happiness.

12. What made you stand out from the other contestants, and why were you crowned the winner?

ANSWER: What set me apart from the other contestants was my unique combination of passion, creativity, and determination. I believed that my genuine dedication to making a positive impact, coupled with my ability to connect with people, made me a strong contender for the crown. I would use my title to inspire and uplift others, spreading messages of self-love, empowerment, kindness and Togetherness.

ANSWER :Being Crowned the face of Telecommunication Nigeria 2023 feels very amazing Being a queen is a great honour! It's a feeling of pride, accomplishment, and recognition. It's like being on top of the world and knowing that your hard work and talents are being appreciated. I can only imagine the excitement and joy that comes with such a title.

Being crowned a queen is an incredible feeling, like having all eyes on you, feeling confident, and knowing that you're representing something special.
