Akwa Ibom Music Talents Unite to Deliver a Vibrant New Sound
Nigerian music artist Mr Florid has officially released his latest single, "Mkpok Eto," featuring fellow Akwa Ibom-born artist VCool. The collaboration brings together two talented musicians whose passion for music and commitment to their craft continue to earn them recognition within the Nigerian music scene.
Born Akaniyene Samuel Charlie and hailing from Ikot Obioata Okon in Eket Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State, Mr Florid has been actively pursuing his music career since 2012. Over the years, he has remained dedicated to creating unique sounds that resonate with listeners, steadily building a reputation for consistency, creativity, and authenticity.
On "Mkpok Eto," Mr Florid joins forces with Unyime Efiong Udo, popularly known as VCool, a talented artist from Ikot Obioro in Okon, Eket, Akwa Ibom State. VCool developed a passion for music from an early age and officially began his musical journey after completing primary school in 2000. Known for his energetic delivery, originality, and engaging style, he has continued to establish himself as a respected voice in the industry.
"Mkpok Eto" showcases the chemistry between both artists, blending captivating melodies, relatable storytelling, and a sound that reflects their roots while appealing to a broad audience.
